Sculpting Update
Work is well underway on our smallest hero. He still needs a few more wing on his mighty steed but we're very impressed with how this guy is coming along. If you are thinking Bug-Out looks good but how big is he. Here's a little reference shot for you.
While the beetle is large Bug-Out himself is 15mm scale model. If you are thinking wow I should totally get this guy. Keep reading and we'll show you exactly how you can add Bug-Out or any other Cold Warrior to your pledge.
VERY Important Information About BackerKit
Soon you should be receiving your invitations to the Pulp City: Cold War BackerKit. BackerKit will manage your pledges, Add-Ons, as well as your shipping address. For those of you who have never used BackerKit this update will cover the process for you. Even if you are familiar with BackerKit there is one crucial thing you will need to know.
New Citizen Add-On
If you choose to add the New Citizen Pledge your order will be confirmed and closed out within a few days. This means we will close your order and charge your credit card immediately rather than waiting until the close of the Pledge Manager in December.
We are sorry this is necessary in order to get the books in the mail as quickly as possible. If you later decide that you would like to add more to your Pledge simply contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
BackerKit Walkthrough
Once you’ve logged into BackerKit you will see the title page.
If you would like to change your Pledge you may do so from the title screen. Click on the tab at the very bottom to Upgrade your Pledge. If you do so you should see this:
As you can see you will be able to change to Team Breaker, Team Hammer, or Cold War. Once you’ve made your selection hit ‘upgrade’ and we move onto the Add-Ons Screen.
Here the various options opened via the Kickstarter are all available. Simply view the item you are interested in and add it to your cart. Along the right hand side you can also see the amount of money you had Pledged during the campaign and the cost of shipping and Add-Ons. If you add more than you initially pledged you will be able to pay the difference in the final step.
Once you’ve added everything you would like hit the ‘next’ button on the right and move to the shipping stage. Here you only need to enter your correct shipping address
Lastly review your order and shipping address. If you need to add funds you may do so via Credit Card in the section at the bottom right. At that point confirm the order and you are done.
Spotlight on Battlesuit 7

Battlesuit 7 is a heavily armored hero who successfully combines previously failed research and technology to give him Supreme-level capabilities. His state of the art armor gives him two fighting modes, making this patriot an effective member of the Supreme Alliance.
On the tabletop, Battlesuit 7 is a very useful option as he benefits from two profiles with a mix of Actions and Powers: in defensive mode he is a Tank, and in offensive mode he is a Blaster. As a Tank (Defense mode) Battlesuit 7 has Power Smash, backed up by Barrage (IND 6, Blast 3 and Damage 2 even without EFX), and Bastion, which gives him Self/Defend, for yet more dice (he is on a 40 mm base, so will often benefit from Size Matters both on Attack and when Defending). In Offense/Blaster mode he exchanges Bastion for Tank Missile (PRJ 8, Damage 2 and Stun as FX), and of course adds an extra die from his Role Power.
What his two modes make for is a hard-hitting and durable Supreme, who can adapt to whether he needs to focus on hitting harder or surviving better. This then gives his player increased flexibility and therefore more options and freedom when choosing the rest of the Team. And unlike many Level 2 Tanks, he is set up to be able to deliver up to two Damage 2 Attacks per Turn, so is very dangerous to his enemies.

Dear Citizens,
another busy week, another update!
Kickstarter status:
Majority of payments were collected, Devon is individually contacting very few remaining backers. Hopefully in the next update we can post that the funds cleared - hasn't happened yet.
Pledge Manager:
Very soonish you will receive a simple Pledge Manager call to determine whether you need and want New Citizen pledge. These will be shipping twice a week as they are confirmed so if you want them soon, please answer the Pledge Manager as soon as it is possible.
For other pledges, the Manager will open soonish too (hate that word, next update we should have deadlines). It will stay open for about a month. This time it will be super simple and easy to manage. When it closes and you had not used it for whatever reason, we will contact you with a reminder and if it is unanswered, the pledge will ship to your KS registered address. Nice and easy!
Late backer? Next update we will let you know how to join us!
Some more armatures (one is a weirdest one I've seen) and Bulletta, getting ready to ram her enemies!
Have a great week! Maciej & The Team

Progress Thursdays is a Pulp City ritual. If this was your first campaign, you can be sure that each week, until the delivery, you will receive a transparent message of what is going on.
So what's up with this week's Agenda?
- we are waiting for all pledges to clear (add two weeks more for the money transfer from Kickstarter)
- Devon is setting up Backerkit and we are running tests on the weekend
- We are doing something very new and hopefully much more efficient in terms of casting and packaging - I will announce the details later but this will immensly speed up the process and proof it against stupid mistakes.
- Some concepts were completed (thanks Sergio!):
- Some sculpts got completed (thanks Jarek!):
- Some armatures were built! (Thanks James!)
Lots of stuff going on, right?
About that robo-bloodhound...
Remember that bloodhound for Supreme Alliance we didn't unlock? Well. We really want him to join your kennel. Stay tuned for details to make this happen:
See you next Thursday,
